We like it or not ... truth be told ... we don't really know to express ourselves.

Or ... better said ... maybe in fact ... we are experts in suppressing ourselves .... most of the times ... not realising that suppressed emotions become into the end ... frustrations.

1, 2, 3. ... 97 ... 256 times .... etc etc

Into the end ... we can even speak about thousands of moments of suppressing our emotions ... just for the sake of continuing some of the stories in certain ways.

... keeping the appearances ... that all it's actually ok.

Unfortunately ... the passing of time ... change the dynamics of all.

Little by little .... not being aware at the intensity of those emotions ... we just come into a point of ... losing control on ourselves being metamorphoses into ... what many would define ... as time bombs.

 

 

And ... all suddenly change.

We see the same people ... which had such a beautiful relationship ... acting as enemies one with the other ... all becoming ... a total nonsense.

Anyone .... knowing them by a long, long time ... looks ... not understanding anything at all.

So?!

Well ... somehow ... we need to come into a point of accepting our capacity of storing and managing our emotions.

Accept in fact ... that we can't do that ... in continuous form.

And ... express all ... what we think ... strongly believe ... or feel.

Say it ... even as a ... joke.

Smile ...

The woman can say to the man ... "I know you adore to flirt with all the women you meet ... and i saw that tremendous joy from your eyes, while doing that ... but ... you should always keep in mind the intensity of our emotions... and the fact that this stupid habit of flirting ... hurts me a lot and into the end ... will stop me loving you so, so much ... "love letters

Or the man can say ... "Listen ... i know you adore shopping... and spend my money from my credit card ... but even if i am happy seeing you happy ... i just hate when you do it in continuous form.

One day ... you'll make me hate you."

But say ... all nice.

... calmly ... smiling ... using beautiful words ...

Unfortunately ... we can't do that.

 

We simple can't express what we feel and ... think.

We are too afraid.

So we hide all .... hoping that the passing of time ... any problem we have ... might disappear by itself ... but it's not really working like that.

 

Later on ... we start to feel ... it's too late ... cause all those thoughts and emotions are too strong ... being metamorphosed into frustrations which are simple ... daily ... ruin the energies of that relationship.

 

But ....
